Joseph D’Agostino D.Law
Joseph is a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia, admitted to practice in 1994.
Joseph is the Principal of D’Agostino Solicitors and has extensive experience in Propety Law and Commercial Litigation.
In fact, many of his key clients from the very inception of the firm are still clients of Joseph today!
Joseph lives and breathes property having strong ties to his property developer, investor and building clients.
Daniel Delfino D.Law
Daniel is a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia, admitted to practice in 1992.
Daniel practised as Principal of his own firm for 14 years. During that time he acted as Panel Solicitor for two of the major banks thus cementing his expertise in the Commercial and Mortgage area. He also gained invaluable experience in a wide range of areas of the law, such as family law, personal injury, criminal law, business law, commercial litigation, probate, disputed estates and advocacy.
Daniel joined the litigation team at D’Agostino Solicitors in 2007 and with his vast personal expertise and knowledge offers a comprehensive range of legal services to the firms’ clients in all areas of the law, always delivering experience and practical solutions.
Daniel is fluent in Spanish.

Doreen Signoretti JP
Doreen has been a part of D’Agostino Solicitors since 2001 and an overall 16 years in the Property Industry.
With her experience in Conveyancing, Doreen heads our Property Sales and Commercial, Industrial and Retail Leasing Department. In fact, she recently single-handedly managed the complete leasing of a major Retail Shopping Centre in the South-West Area.
Doreen is also appointed as a Justice of the Peace in and for the State of NSW.
Doreen’s warm and outgoing personality is reflected on her great relationships with clients, and co-workers and she strives to exceed customer’s expectations with a minimum of fuss and stress.
Doreen is fluent in Assyrian.
Monica Francken JP
Monica has been a part of the D’Agostino Solicitors since 2002.
After 16 years of working within the industry, Monica has now taken the role of looking after part of the Conveyancing Department in dealing with Property Purchases within our firm.
Monica is also appointed as a Justice of the Peace in and for the State of NSW.
Her pleasant and happy nature reflects to all our clients in the office or on the phone.
Monica is fluent in Spanish.
Danijela Nikolic
Danijela has been a part of D’Agostino Solicitors since 2010.
In that time she has grown from a receptionist position to now having carriage of Conveyancing matters.
She has recently completed her Bachelor of Commerce Degree and now intends to commence her Diploma in Law through the Legal Profession Admission Board. Her long term ambitions are to practice Property and Commercial Law.
Her friendly and courteous nature has allowed her to develop wonderful relationships with most of our clients.
Danijela is fluent in Serbian.
Support Staff
Stayka Romanic
Stayka has been with D’Agostino Solicitors since 2002.
Stayka holds the position as the assistant to the Litigation Department.
She is also responsible for the continuing upgrade of our extensive reference library so as to ensure that our various Acts and Regulations are kept up to date.
She is experienced in the due procedure and practice in the preparation of all divisions in the Supreme, District and Local Courts.
Stayka is fluent in Serbian.

Antonia Russo
Antonia is employed by D’Agostino Solicitors in her capacity as our Internal Accountant since 2003.She holds a Diploma in Accounting and is considered to be an integral part of the team.
